1. No Refund Policy

  • We follow a strict no refund policy.
  • No money will be refunded under any circumstances, including product dissatisfaction, color variation, or change of mind.

2. Exchange Policy

  • Exchange is only allowed in case of damaged or defective products.
  • No exchange will be provided for:
    • Color differences due to screen resolution
    • Personal dislike or change of preference
    • Minor variations in fabric or design

3. Mandatory Opening Video

  • An unboxing/opening video is compulsory to claim any exchange.
  • The video must:
    • Clearly show the sealed package before opening
    • Show the defect/damage clearly
  • Without a proper opening video, no exchange request will be accepted.

4. Time Frame for Exchange Request

  • You must report the issue within 24–48 hours of delivery.
  • Requests made after this period will not be considered.

5. Product Condition for Exchange

  • The product must be:
    • Unused and unstitched
    • In original packaging with tags intact

6. Exchange Process

  • Once your request is approved, we will provide instructions for the exchange.
  • The replacement product will be shipped after receiving and inspecting the returned item.

7. Important Note

Since we deal in unstitched suits, sarees, and dupattas, slight variations in color or texture may occur due to lighting and photography. These are not considered defects.
